摘要：In this talk, we give another proof for Petrunin's result, which says that the integral of scalar curvature in a unit ball is bounded from above by the dimension of the manifold and the lower bound of the sectional curvature. The main difference between this proof and Petrunin's original proof is that we utilize a finite stratified covering directly on the given manifold, rather than arguing by contradiction on a sequence of manifolds, which satisfy some technical lifting properties.
